“Sev, you were great and the young people fully appreciated your workshop. I always believe anything hands on is always appreciated. Well done and we will make sure this it is the first of many. You understand the young people, you are from the local area and have lived. These add to the skills that help engage in all we do. Well done and welcome to the Salaam Peace Family. Sev Necati delivered sessions in some of the hot spots that were identified as being targeted and at risk form gang activity. Sev delivered various sessions in "Personal Safety" to our young people aged between 10-25. The young people were from a variety of backgrounds and ethnicities, with both females and males participating in the sessions. The sessions were a combination of talk and practical in personal safety. Teaching young people how to be safe on the street, street awareness and practical techniques in conflict management. Techniques also included knife work. She worked in partnership with Active Communities and the Youth Offending Team. The sessions were delivered to inner city estates targeting young people at risk of exclusion and anti social behaviour.

Sev Necati Training worked in partnership with The Metropolitan Police to deliver "Personal Safety" training courses to women and girls.
A multi-agency problem solving approach was adopted which identified specific geographical areas within the ward whereby the female community, including traditionally 'hard to reach' communities were based.
Sev worked with my team to deliver a high standard of teaching and professionalism, to females in the borough. The groups were of mixed age, background and ethnicity.
Sev's very passionate and knowledgeable about the subject and this gives females the confidence to build on her advice. She is also, an outstanding workshop facilitator. Working with the highest integrity, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
She possesses an open and honest disposition, which allows her to facilitate interesting discussions between participants that are relevant. The training is informative and pitched to each at their level of learning. Individuals are able to relate to her teaching style. It is honest, straightforward and direct. The physical part is excellent and very well demonstrated.
Feedback from the girls and women that attend is overwhelming positive. The sessions are full of energy and effort. After the training there is increased self-esteem and confidence, as well as being enthused by the subject matter and approach. The sessions are empowering for females.
I would support and highly recommend the training that Sev offers.
Sev is a pleasure to work with and we will continue to work with her.
Inspector Donaldson. The Metropolitan Police"Very informative and interactive session." "Was very interesting learning how to protect myself." "Really enjoyed it, practical exercises really interesting." "Are you coming back next week!, we want more!."
We have worked successfully with the Metropolitan Police and Councils who sponsored us in delivering training for women and girls .
The women have been so impressed they have requested further training , Classes are run with a flexible approach taking on board the issues, concerns and fears of all the young girls and women that attend.
This makes the training unique and very powerful, as participants can work through some of their own fears through the actual training.
"The session were very, very useful. Sessions should be available everywhere. I know other people who would like to attend. I would really appreciate another advanced course with more practical." Sarah, Participant.
"It is a very useful course especially for OAP. I recommend this course. It should be in other places in this borough." Jane, Participant.
"It is a shame this course is coming to an end because it would be most useful to continue and benefit from the content of these courses. It is important to stand up and know about personal rights and safety measures. If you can extend this course in the future please let me know." Claire, Participant.
